Suppliers is a single global list of the businesses and people you deal with. Every module (Expenses, Subscriptions, Ongoings, Income, Receipts, and Assets) can link its records to a supplier, so you can see everything you've done with one supplier in one place.
➕ Adding a Supplier
Tap + in the app bar. Each supplier has a name (required), an optional website, and optional notes. You can also create suppliers on the fly from any supplier picker in the other modules, and receipt scanning creates or matches suppliers automatically.
🔍 Supplier Detail
Tap a supplier to see its details and every linked record (expenses, subscriptions, ongoings, income, receipts, and assets) from the files you currently have loaded.
🎯 Using Suppliers in Modules
Wherever a form shows a Supplier field, tap it to pick from your list, search, or add a new supplier. The picker remembers which suppliers you've recently used in each module and offers them first.
🔄 Supplier Sync (Shared Files)
A module file shared with you by another person references their supplier list, so its supplier links won't resolve against yours. The sync tool (the ⇄ icon in the app bar) fixes this without ever editing the shared file:
- Pick the module and the file to scan (optionally also the other person's Suppliers sheet, for names)
- Review each unknown supplier: Add new creates it in your list, Link to existing maps it onto a supplier you already have
- Apply: the mappings are stored on your side only, and the shared file remains untouched and fully compatible with its owner's setup
