Scans every expense, receipt, asset, depreciation, account, subscription, and ongoing file for cross-file links and writes any missing records to their Links tabs. Existing records are left untouched, so it's safe to run any time, including repeatedly.

🕐 When To Use It

Run this once for files created before record linking was added to the app, or any time links seem out of date (e.g. after copying/sharing files outside the app). It can take a while and uses your Sheets API quota, so avoid running it more than you need to.
